How it Works:
•Each bin is equipped with an inaccessible compartment that holds back up inventory 
  above and behind the open bin area.
•Once the machine is installed and stocked, workers are allowed to freely use 
  inventory from the open bin area.
•When the open bin area inventory is low or depleted, an individual with issue rights 
  enters his/her USER ID and PIN # into the controller keypad, scans the bin's barcode 
  label and the backup inventory is electronically released into the open bin area for 
  immediate use.
•This replenishment sends a non-attended electronic order directly to the bin 
  component's supplier over the web through the MaXaL Tool Procurement Network.
•The order is shipped to the end user, scanned and recognized by the controller
  and received into the back up inventory compartment for future release.

It is as simple as that - and along with it goes all of the audit trail capability you have
come to expect from your inventory control systems.

The master base unit holds 40-bins and contains a logic controller.  Additional 40-bin Trailor™ modules do not require controllers and can be appended to the Tracktor system at lower cost to manage all your hand binned crib parts.
